- Be a positive role model to your players - Reward effort and incremental success.
- Practice sportsmanship - Point it out when it happens. Set expectations.
- Show players you care about them - every player!
- Have fun... its a game!
- Emphasize improvement - Everyday we get better!
- Organization is the foundation to winning.
- Players learn most by doing, not watching.
